American-Canadian actor, comedian, and producer Matthew Langford Perry was born on August 19, 1969. He is best recognised for playing Chandler Bing on the NBC comedy Friends (1994–2004).
In addition to playing the lead in the short-lived television series Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Perry has acted in a number of motion pictures, including Fools Rush In, Nearly Heroes, The Whole Nine Yards, 17 Again, and The Ron Clark Story. He voiced Benny in the video game Fallout: New Vegas in 2010, and he has worked as a voice actor for video games.
Who did Matthew Perry dated for 6 years?
Lizzy Caplan, who was featured in the film Mean Girls, was Perry’s longest-lasting partner, but they kept their romance somewhat under wraps. Although not mentioning Caplan by name in his biography, he did note that their relationship started off as “friends with benefits.” The pair split up in 2012 after six years of dating and nearly getting married.
He stated that their split still bothers him now in his letter. All of his anxieties “reared up like a serpent,” he wrote. “We would now have two children and home if I had asked [her to marry me]. Instead, I’m some schmuck who is 53 and living alone in his house.”
